This is absolutely the best food, Thai or western, that I've eaten in my 6 months of living in southern Thailand. It's a little pricey when you earn baht for a living, but it is worth every last bit. The passion the chef feels for his work is apparent from the first bite. Nice wine selection, cozy, and high quality food...served with homemade bread �. I would recommend this place to ANYONE coming through Phuket Town, no question.
I completely agree with the overwhelming majority of 5-star fans of this jewel of a restaurant. Every single plate is lovingly and expertly prepared by chef Eric himself. After numerous visits, his passion for quality and his excellent taste have never failed to impress me or my respective dinner companions. But don't take my word for it - A talented and successful young chef of our acquaintance, who received his training at the Cordon Bleu Institute, was not only impressed, but inspired by the food he was served at Flavor.
Some of my personal favorites are the supremely delicious Gazpacho and the grilled garlic prawn appetizers. Steaks are excellent and served with tasty and creative side dishes.
I wholeheartedly recommend this important institution in the Phuket food scene!

Dishes show lots of love and attention. Flavor is absolutely King here. Easily one of the best hidden treasures of Phuket.
