This is such a delicious, and delightful new pizza restaurant on Soi 6. The staff are super friendly, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Each time I am greeted by a warm welcome, followed by how well I enjoyed my pizza. It isnt just me, I have seen repeated customer interactions, all with great concern to produce the best quality pizza that can be made. I also run into the staff all over Soi 6, becase they deliver to all establishments on the Soi. You can even order your desired dish via the Line app or Facebook. Thats just awesome, I dont need to leave the bar I am enjoying the company of a young lady at, I can simply text my order. I am always amazed at the speed it is delivered. I believe often 20 min or less. I havent even mentioned the pizza yet. I have seen the chef measure and weigh the dough that he prepares himself. I must say I love the way this dough looked prior to cooking. Once cooked it is perfect, it is not too thin or thick, and the texture compliments the sauce and toppings like a pizza should. One last note. I worry about sanitation at restaurants while I am in another country, but I promise you that the staff here is proud of Slice pizza. I have watched the chef wash his hands, the prep area, and station he makes each wonderful pizza at religiously. I have watched the staff clean inside and out of the restaurant each day before opening, I cant wait for this place to open more restaurants!
