We researched a bit and walked in to Deshi Khabar on a mid week. There was a steady stream of people walking in and yet it wasnt crowded. Clean surroundings though a bit difficult to locate. The decor is simple but perfect for a family get together. The food may not be finger licking good but reasonably good and light on the stomach even though we had chicken biryani and Bangladeshi curry which are supposed to be 'heavy'. The tandoori roti was a delight, soft and delicious. The gulab jamuns were the cheapest that we had so far in the Indian restaurants. Definitely a must try. The manager was polite and had the perfect host like attitude.
