# Mr. native French chef is very in detail for all dishes.
# Most of ingredients are imported & well-selection; Mediterranean sea salt, real fresh spicy olive oil, French grounded black&white pepper.
# It is NOT pricey to get pretty awesome quality pizzas and pasta here.

As a native of Detroit, Michigan, I can say this Detroit style pizza is a solid 10/10! It was cooked perfectly. My husband and I ordered ours to be cooked well done as that is an option on the menu. The crust was crunchy, the dough was fluffy, the sauce was the perfect flavor, and the toppings were the perfect amount. The only thing missing was the sauce on the top of the pie, but the locals don't care for that much, so the sauce remain on the bottom. That's okay by me. If more locals are eating here, than tourists, absolutely cater to the majority. Next time, I just know to ask for it on top. If you're looking for an amazing, non-Thai dish, for a meal, look no further. This joint is incredible!!
