6th Avenueเป็น Condominium แต่เปิดให้เข้าพักรายวันด้วย สภาพห้องใหม่ มีครัวเล็กๆ ( มีเตาไฟฟ้าแต่ไม่มีกระทะ หรือหม้อ ต้องเตรียมมาเอง) มีตู้เย็น โซฟา ทีวีจอยักษ์ ห้องนอน สวยงามมาก บนชั้นดาดฟ้า มีโต๊ะเก้าอี้ให้นั่งชมวิว. และมีสระว่ายน้ำถือว่า เด็ดที่สุด เพราะมองเห็นวิวได้รอบทิศทาง ห้องฟิตเนส มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน อยากให้แก้ไขนิดนึง ตรง ระเบียงมีเศษรอยสกปรกเล็กน้อย. ครั้งหน้า อยากจะกลับมาพักอีก
