วีคที่แล้ว ไปงานเปิดตัวสาขาใหม่ ร้าน Eric Kayser ที่ สยาม ดิส ตอนจบงานได้บัตร voucher มูลค่า 500 บาท [ ดีจัง ] ไปในนามของ สื่อ ค่ะ ** และวันนี้ได้แวะมาทาน brunch 2 คนกะเพื่อน ที่สาขา ทองหล่อ เช็คบิล 1200 บาท เราก็ยื่นบัตร voucher ให้ไป และ จ่ายเงินเพิ่มส่วนต่าง ปรากฎว่า พนักงาน แตกตื่น เครียด ไม่เคยเห็นบัตรนี้มาก่อน !!! โทรศัพท์วุ่นวาย จนเราต้องเดินไปบอกน้องเค้าว่า เราได้บัตรมาอย่างไร พวกนางๆ จึงได้สงบลงมานิด.. แต่เรื่องไม่จบ ค่ะ พวกนาง ปล่อยให้เรา นั่ง คอยเกือบ ครึ่ง ช.ม โดยที่ไม่เดินมาบอกอะไรกับเรา จน เราต้องถามไปว่า... ทำไมนาน.. ?? นางตอบว่า เครื่องที่นี่ ยังไม่มีระบบ รับบัตรนี้ ขอทำระบบก่อน อืมม สรุป เราขอจ่ายเงินสด ดีกว่า สบายใจ และรวดเร็ว ** ฝากถึง ทีมงาน Eric Kayser ด้วยค่ะ ว่า.. ฝากอบรม พนักงานหน่อย อย่าปล่อยให้ลูกค้าต้องนั่งรอ..โดยที่ไม่มีใครมาแจ้งอะไรเลยว่า.. มีปัญหาเรื่องระบบเครื่อง ไม่ใช่ ปล่อยให้เรานั่งรอ.. ไม่มีการสื่อสารใดๆเลย รอเกือบ ครึ่ง ช.ม!! แย่ มาก !!!!! และทางทีมงานผุ้บริหาร ควรมีการแจ้งไปยังทุกสาขาของท่านนะคะ ว่า มีการแจก บัตร Voucher ออกไป หลายใบ !! คงมีคนมาใช้กันเยอะ คราวหน้าจะได้ไม่เกิดปัญหาแบบนี้อีก ขอบคุณค่ะ

Great place to have breakfast or lunch/brunch. Nice range of dishes and tasteful. Service is friendly. They have a bakery inside where you can purchase fresh pastries....let's not forget the delightful mariage freses tea which is served here.

Excellent boulanger/patissier. Si vous cherchez des patisseries authentiques sur Bangkok, Eric Kayser est un des endroits incontournables. Aussi un point positif sur les pains et les fougasses qui sont succulentes. Ici on retrouve une qualite de patisseries et viennoiseries tout a fait semblable a celle que l'on peut trouver en France dans un bon etablissement, forcemment on ressent le savoir-faire, l'amour du travail bien fait et la qualite des ingredients. A essayer sans hesitation.
