Red Mango By Kin Dee

So tonight we decided we would try somewhere new instead of red mango as we have eaten here every night since we arrived. We walked around and found ourselves back here again. We have a fresh faced 1 year old baby boy so eating out is not the easily done or not at the same time as he always wants to be entertained. From the moment you enter the staff are there and can't do enough to help. The kids play area is great as it means we done have to pack a millions toys for dinner. The food is the biggest winner here and the reason we keep coming back. Now I don't like coconut so Thai food can be an issue for me. My wife on the other hand loves it and is always going on about green, red and yellow curry and how good it is. Tonight the chefs made me a sir fry beef curry, with the red curry paste and no coconut and I think I'm hooked, the spice was amazing! This week we have also had the most delicious fresh fish and prawns and pork dishes. The staff continue to check if we need anything and when they notice our son has finished eating come and ask if they can take him in the play area and then walk him round showing him the decorative elephants on the wall. It sounds crazy letting the staff take our son but he is never no more than 3 meters away, we can see him and if he was not happy going he wouldn't let you pick him up. That 5 minutes of my wife and I eating at a table alone is so needed, and I forgot how much we don't get to do that now. Yesterday it was our son's first birthday. The staff made him a Thai style Birthday cake after our meal for him! They all came out and sang happy birthday to him too. It really was the icing on the cake for his special day! � If your ever in Phuket, you need to visit here it's just that simple.
