Why this review? I was a bit hesitant seeing the various reviews, therefor my take; Along the shore in this part of Samui beach it is the most inviting place on the beach for over a km from Mea Nam as you can see on the picture. Bottomline; great for a cosy diner on the beach. But don't try to rate it a x-star restaurant. About the food: nice presentation and tastefull*. Albeit that I can understand the other reviews; quantity for us more than enough but less if you are a big eater. And no fibers in the mango juice that was said to be fresh (see an earlier review of someone else)... pricing on par. *western guests oriented: indeed I guess that if you want spicey food you have to ask for it. The people at the restaurant are doing their best and are friendly (but a waiter/barman you can tell is a heavy smoker while serving your food is a pity.).

Unfortunately the stock is not so much. First we ordered two coconuts and two satays. The waiter mentioned they ran out of coconuts. It happens sometimes, so we changed for two ananas juices. It should had been suspicious, but we ordered a coke zero instead of the second juice. Later the waiter came back again, that they don't have the meat for the satays either at the moment, and asked us to order something else. The situation was akward for the waiter even if it was not really his fault, and it was surrealistic for us. How would the management want to run a place without food and drinks?
