Nice massage experience. The room was good too, however there was some kind of animal walking on the ceiling (not the roof) during the night. I was thinking raccoon size. Also the pool was gross. They tried cleaning it after we mentioned it, but you still couldn't see the bottom. We wanted to get our money back after the first night. The manager was really nice and recently followed an empathy course I think, as she always had her own example of how we must be feeling. She offered us a free massage to compensate, but we couldn't get the following nights refunded. So we stayed. Also the breakfast was very simple. The beach restaurant is basically a shed with chairs.

There were dead bugs everywhere. A huge spider in the bathroom, then not sure what dead insect it was in the changing room. Massage was meh. The only good thing was we left the place around 9pm and there were no Taxis or people on the road. We started walking and they sent someone to drop us off. I was expecting more when I saw the reviews on this place.

The service and hospitality are very customer minded and super friendly. The service is very personal and they take good care of you during your detox, as a detox can be quite a mental and physical journey. We really liked the room with the open bathroom and all the flowers of the surrounding gardens. My wife and I stayed 10 nights and would recommend to anyone.

After a cleaning our room whilst we were out our door was left open. 7. Have no clue on how to make a simple pizza it was a complete joke just flat bread with cheese. The staff from the beach restaurant are nice but sooo lazy and they dont speak english. You have to go to them to take the menu /go back to order/ go back to pay they all talking under the bar. When you want to pay sometimes they ignore you , i was in front of all of them asking the bill no one looked at me.... so i left and pay the day after. After the following they gave us a new room and still we had to move our own things again and recieved no help from the staff by moving our bags. I find this hotel service to be totally unacceptable for the price we paid and i would not advise anyone to go there. The manager as to close and do everything again....
