I was very satisfied with our room. Rooms are clean ans basic. I was always taken care of. The air conditioner was working extremely well. Upon arriving we were greeted by a welcoming receptionist. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff. We had a wonderful stay.

It's also right in the Old City and is even located on the street where the big weekend street market happens. HOWEVER the point about the steep stairs should be taken very seriously. Those steep stairs were wet from mopping (there was no sign or warning or anything) and I fell down the stairs. The owners were very nice and helpful (even giving me tiger balm) so the service was great and I have no complaints about that.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find we were upgraded to a private room instead of the dorm. We found our room to be of a good size. We found the rooms to be clean. The owners and staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Perfect place to spend a ro***tic evening out.

My stay was three days as part of a longer trip. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. Any requests we asked for were promptly taken care of. The room rate is fairly unbeatable for the product. Would definitely recommend.
