If you need a place to stay in Phuket, this is the place you should go! Excellent, extremely helpful and friendly staff. All facilities are top notch. And the breakfast, even though it wasn't free (although, you do get a free coffee or orange juice) was delicious.
Had four great days here. June and Jim were the best and friendliest hosts I've ever met. They gave good recommendations where to eat, rent scooters and what to see in Phuket. At the evenings we sat together, drank some beer and had great conversations. Loved to stay here and when I should come to Phuket again, I'll definitly come back to the neighbors hostel. Felt almost like home! Thank you! ��

If you are finding for warm welcome this might be the place for you. I came there for visiting friends but I never thinking of making new friends at the hotel, I missed.
I wish be there again anf making friends from there.

Zuerst einmal, Jim und June sind die BESTEN Gastgeber die ich je hatte! Sie sind supersüss und supernett und erklären einem einfach ALLES! Zudem verbringen sie am Abend gerne Zeit mit den Gästen und erzählen was von sich und hören sich gerne die Geschichten von den Reisenden an.
Das Hostel ist mega schön&süss und total gut gelegen. Man kann von dort aus viele Ausflüge machen, jeden Sonntag gibts in der Parallelstrasse einen Markt - es wird einem also NIE langweilig dort.
Es wird jeden Tag geputzt somit ist es wirklich sehr sauber. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind nicht getrennt, aber das stört gar nicht, da die Stimmung des Hostel die Reisenden sowieso zu einer kleinen grossen Familie zusammenschweist <3
Die gemischten Dorms sind nicht sehr gross, aber man verbringt seine Zeit sowieso nicht in den Zimmern ;) der Frauendorm ist RIESIG - für Frauen empfehle ich den zu buchen. Die Betten&Kissen sind sehr bequem und die Betten haben Vorhänge, sodass man sich auch Privatsphäre gönnen kann.
Waschmachine und Tumbler sind vorhanden.
Es gibt Gratis Kaffee&Tee und superfeine Bananenmuffins (30Baht).
Es gibt einmal in der Woche ein Abendessen gekocht von Jim und Pha (supersüsse Putzfrau) und einmal Bingoabend und einmal Dartabend mit Special Prices (wer Vodka nicht mag, sollte den zweiten Platz ansteuern haha).
Ich werde immer wieder dorthin zurück gehen, da ich mich wirklich, trotz 10'000 Kilometer Entferung, wie zu Hause gefühlt habe!

First of all Jim and June are the BEST host so far on my trip! They are supercute and supernice and explain EVERYTHING to you. Furthermore they like to chill with the guests in the eveningtime and tell about their life and like to hear all the stories of the travelers.
The hostel is very nice & cute and very good situated. You can do a lot of stuff around the hostel, every sunday is a market in the parallelstreet - so it is NEVER getting boring there!
They furbish everyday so it's really very clean. The toilets and dorms are not separated but this doesnt matter because the atmosphere of the hostel makes the guest to a big small family <3
The mixed dorms arent really big but anyway you dont spend a lot time in the rooms ;) the women dorm is GIANT - so for women I recommend the women dorm! The beds&pillows are very comftable and there are curtains who give you the opportunity of privacy.
There is free coffee&tea in the morning and very delicious banana muffins (30baht) and other stuff to order.
Once a week they cook a dinner for the guests und there is a bingoevening and a dartevening with specials prices to win (if you dont like vodka go for the second place).
I will go back there again and again because despite the 10'000km distance I felt like home!

Jim and June were amazing, helpful and make me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door. So much that I extended my stay to stay over the Xmas holidays. I had an amazing time and look forward to the day I get to stay here again.
