My husband and I ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, and an entree each. The entrees were the worst part of our meal. My husband ordered a 16 oz Australian sirloin (requested rare cook temp) priced at 680 baht (about 20 USD). He was served a very small piece of over cooked meat, which was clearly not 16 oz. When we brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, she argued with us that it was 16 oz. We ultimately had her weigh 1 uncooked serving on a scale in front of us, they didn't even have a scale that measured in ounces! It ended up being 200 grams for an uncooked portion of meat (for anyone following at home, this equals 7 oz). Our drinks were incorrect, the Mojito I ordered was served with dark rum instead of light with brown colored mint leaves and my husbands Long Island was pretty much watered down coke with a spot of rum and a lime. The rest of the meal does not deserve any special mentions. The one good part of the meal was that our waitress was very kind and apologetic; unfortunately, we did not get this level of professionalism from her boss. I do not take the time to write reviews often and had this situation been rectified appropriately I would not have, but this was so bad it deserved special mention. Plenty of other good options minutes away!
