ร๊อค วิว เรสเตอรอง

We booked for one night... and ended up staying for 18 nights. Rock view terrace has a great family vibe, and we couldnt wish for better hosts than Tong and Lan. They gave us tips for activities on the island and even let us cruise around on their trusty old motorbike. They invited us to celebrate new years eve with them and we had a great time BBQing, playing cards and watching the fireworks. The bungalows are new, clean and comfortable. They view the mangrove/jungle, rocks and the ocean. There is no sand beach at the resort but plenty are nearby. The resort has only started a couple of months ago and might as of yet not have as many facilities as the bigger more established resorts, but obviously that takes some time. Our hosts told us of some great plans they have for this place but also the intention to keep it a smaller family run resort. We were sad to leave Koh Jum (and our nice hosts who kindly brought us to the boat!) as it is an amazingly chill island and served its purpose well: making us totally relaxed. Tong and Lan thank you so much for all the good care (especially all the Chinese tea), we hope we will be able to visit again sometime!9
