Immer wieder gut, habe aber das Gefühl die Qualität des Essens und des Service hat seit dem letzten Besuch vor 2.5 Jahren ein wenig nachgelassen. (Das Trüffel Cordon Bleu hatte zwar viel Trüffel, diese hatten aber wenig Geschmack, die Rösti war ein wenig angebrannt aber trotzdem noch labrig anstatt knusprig) (wir mussten sehr lange auf die Aufnahme der Bestellung und das Essen warten, ausserdem kam alles zu verschiedenen Zeiten), Das Thai essen und die Vorspeise waren aber super.

J'ai découvert par hasard ce restaurant de 35 couvert environs avec 2 salles séparées pour zones fumeur et non fumeur.
Le patron et Suisse Allemand cela est d'une évidence des les plats sont servis.
Vous avez une carte plats européenne et Thaïlandaise.
Le niveau de qualité est irréprochable pour les mollusques et crevettes et autres produits de la Mer qui viennent par avion de Rungis notement.
A cela le rapport qualité prix me semblent imbattables.
Personnel très sympathique et très professionnel
Je le conseille absolument.
I discovered by chance this restaurant of 35 covered surroundings with 2 separate rooms for smoking and non-smoking areas.
The boss and Swiss German it is obvious from the dishes are served.
You have a menu of European and Thai dishes.
The quality level is irreproachable for the molluscs and shrimps and other seafood which come by plane from Rungis in particular.
At that the value for money seem unbeatable to me.
Very friendly and very professional staff
I absolutely recommend it.
Myself and my wife came to The Bistro as we were craving for a good steak. Super happy it didn't disappoint. But I am disappointed with myself for not ordering two steaks instead of one as I was not sure initially after going to other places in pattaya and was terribly disappointed. If you are looking for good food then head to the bistro. The service was just excellent too by waitress Ms Mind (pronounced Mai in Thai) Overall a 5/5.. Definitely coming again.

Absolute top quality Swiss restaurant. The service, the flavors, and the ambience are perfectly balanced. Owner is incredibly nice and checked on us several times during the meal to make sure everything was good. French Onion Soup, Fondue, and Foie Gras in particular were brilliantly prepared. Can't wait to go back!
