First time we ordered lunch and we were all in all happy with the experience. Good quality of food and really nice vibe - waiters were okay (therefore 2 stars). However, the second time we visited the restaurant we did not even order. The staff did not properly respond to our questions and even ignored us when asking some specific questions regarding the menue. We rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant - especially in this price range! We left without ordering. We actually cannot or want to speak for the whole hotel or the remaining staff - but if (some) employees behave like this there must be something fundamentally wrong with how the place is run.

We had a lovely dinner at Karma Beach - overlooking the beachside pool, with the added bonus of the full moon rising in the distance. The Queen Salad is a seafood favourite of ours - with a yummy curry sauce. And we tried the beef salad for the first time last night. It was so yummy! The menu has French and Thai dishes. Plenty yo choose from. Food is fresh, and staff friendly.

The venue itself is very well furnished with a stunning beach view. However, we felt a bit let down by the service - in particular the staff appeared unwelcoming and cold. Each time when we left, we felt almost "depressed" by the mood of the staff.
