I was a bit hesitant to rent a motorbike from here as my hostel and others had recommended a bigger rental agency. I was happy I decided on Tao technology! The owner was extremely nice/honest and spoke great English. Renting was a breeze and half the price of the bigger agency with scratch insurance, he took my passport as down payment. No issue on return. Highly recommend renting from here. ** note the owner has charged from the negative reviews.

I rent motorbike from the new owner and I honestly can say he works hard on rebuilding his good reputation. He knows his business depends on tourist and their feedback and after taking over he has to provide very good service to keep the customers. I got a good strong scooter and he help me beyond his business in every way so we became very good friend. I have heard stories about other places so I'm sure every single time I'm in Koh Tao I'm going to rent the scooter from this place. When I needed something either he had in the shop or he get it for the next day or told me where can I get it. He made our time very relaxed so I can highly recommend to give him a chance and share your honest opinion about the new owner and the shop.

I came here to rent two motor bikes for a few days here on Koh Tao. The owner was one of the most chill dudes I ever met in Thailand!
If you don't want to get screwed over RENT YOUR MOTORBIKES HERE! Highly recommend!
200THB/day and the motor bikes were in very good condition (Honda Click 125) - I'll come back next year!

Very nice and heloful owner! He told us he did not have insurance which scared us a little bit but he seemed very trustworty so we rented scooters from him. Before we left the shop he encouraged us to take pictures of the motorbike! We returned the motorbike without any difficulties.

Great little shop, I rented my bike here, but they also have the latest and greatest in gopro tech. Owner is very nice and makes renting a bike a trouble and worry free experience in Koh Tao. Highly recommended
