This spot is a hidden Koh Tao gem. The lovely couple who run this small kitchen prepare the chicken (poached, fried, deep fried) to an immaculate standard.
The aroma that arises from the golden rice tantalizes the palate and explodes with flavor, only to be further enhanced by the delightfully appetizing sour/spicy red sauce and nectar-like sweet soy.
Wash this down with their palate cleansing soup, cold beer, or watermelon smoothie and you are onto a winner.
