Definetly one place to be on Kohphayam. Great fruit juices and mixed fruit shakes. They add no sugar or water to the juices and shakes and use fresh fruits. Simply wonderful!

Wonderfully cute and ramshackle cafe....very befitting of the broader island style. Deep range of shakes and juices together with breakfast sets. Baguettes and typical Thai dishes. Hard not to be charmed although coffee was below par.

We spent 5 nights on the island, and ate here every morning - there was just no need to try anywhere else for breakfast since the food is so great and the menu is large. The food is healthy and homemade, even the bread which makes for wonderful french toast and baguettes (which we got take-away for the beach). Our family of 4 enjoyed fresh fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed juice combos with our breakfasts each day, no sugar, all natural. We loved Koh Phayam in general so much, and can't wait to return - we know where we'll eat breakfast when we return!!

The coffee was delicious, finally some fresh brew. Scrambled eggs and hashbrowns were good as well. Great service, clean, good selection of food, all with a little gypsy/bohemian atmosphere. Fair price, too.
