Either the chef causing the good ratings was gone or visitors (probably foreigners only) never experienced good Thai foods. Price is almost 50 % higher compared to any other decent restaurant (with better food) on the island. Up north-west of the island is where you find Thai people enjoying their meal. A pity, as that restaurant seems to promise more than it can keep.
