The staff are very friendly and it's not usually too busy meaning you can always get a table.

Love the food here. Yesterday I had the egg, bacon, asparagus breakfast. Usually this dish is amazing, but for some reason the plate arrived luke warm at best. Was a bit cold. This experience was unusual from my other visits. As usual, bright, clean with a wonderful staff.

Suvarnabhumi Airport branch staff refused service to us saying they were closed whilst earlier clearly serving an American customer. Proceeded to mock us by saying the shop was now open followed by laughter amongst the staff. Discrimination at its best good job 👍

At Silom branch, the BGM is too loud! And when asking the staff to turn the volume down, he said that this is the lowest volume he could turn down. Your bistro is for people coming eating and talking but what you are doing is disturb the customers to be comfortable in your bistro. The review of environment volume needs immediate attention.

Love so much, everything. The food, dessert, staff. I met one customer service staff. I think he is the customer service manager. He gave me many information. I baked for 4 years but I still do not know “Stollen”. He take cared us so well. Also the stollen by chef Joel is so delicious - I cannot say anything. Thank you so much to be a branch in Thailand.

I was just at the establishment and when getting my food I accidentally knocked over a wine bottle that was placed in the edge of a shelf. All of the bottles had been stocked in a horrible position and I’m surprised not more fell. Thankfully no one was hurt but management handle it horribly, instead of apologizing for such bad practices they asked me to pay for the bottle and when I asked to speak to the manager the lady working started crying and told me if I did not pay she would. I have no idea if this is true, but if it is that’s a shameful and probably ilegal practice of the firm and if it’s not what’s horrible way to handle a situational. I ended up paying but will not go back to the chain. And will contact HQ When u are a mutinational you must budget for these things and not treat ur employees or customers this way

Very poor quality coffee, in particular anaemic latte frappe that was more like a milk shake. 185 baht, and they don't even have a toilet. Pathetic. Western prices, Third World service and facilities

Dean & Deluca Mahanakorn is a casual cosy place with good varieties of food. Friendly staffs & they willing to take extra miles to make sure their customer is satisfy. 😊🙏

Food & Beaverage is always good. Grill lobster, wine and dessert are excellent. But lower no. of waiter/waitress and less service mind makes us inconvenience, services seem slow and lower standards as usual. Restaurant manager is absolutely nice & caring.

Suvanbhumi airport outside branch. So excited to have a decent option airside for food. If only you could train your staff to match your over inflated prices. Happy to pay for quality of service and food but when the person taking the order can't even be bothered to listen to customers and is totally disinterested in even getting the basic order right, the end result is you 0reparijg the wrong food then trying to charge me 50 baht more for your mistake, this ends up with me returning the now cold coffee and your team having to give my money back. I note from the plethora of other complaints without response that you don't care. I hope someone truly does as otherwise you guys will be closed soon.

No washrooms at the Silom location. You are supposed to wash your hands before eating and before preparing food. No washroom = non-hygienic. Non-hygienic but Dean & Delucca high prices! Fail!

I love your services and other dishes but your Mangosteen icecream is no good. First impression when I see the ice cream is Why is it purple like blueberry icecream? When it comes to the taste, doesn't come close to any mangosteen/mangosteen icecream I've eaten. It tastes very artificial,no dimension, just plain sweet.One of my friend said it taste like coughdrops. I'm very disappointed that you let this icecream sold to customers.

Usually my get away for a casual breakfast on busy weekends. Today so quiet yet took forever to get menu. Then took forever to get food and even then it was wrong. Tried to charge me for items I never received. No apology. Lift your game guys.

Took an hour to deliver a slice of pizza. And then 40 minutes to order a coke! Both are items are pre-made!!! Staff are slack, lacking in service ethic. It seems the business is unaware of how its staff contribute to lost revenue, as patrons lose patience and get up and leave. I was saw several tables grow impatient and then finally abandoning the place. When the bill came, there's a mandatory service charge added. I guess you have to force money out of your patron's pockets as patrons wouldn't pay for that type of service voluntarily...
