This is the third time I am reviewing this place and this time I am giving it maximum points. Sushi Mori may be a non-Edo Japanese restaurant, but they serves some of the best quality Edomae products in Bangkok. Unlike many other non-Edo place, Sushi Mori actually aged their fish and introduced rare products for non-Edomae place like Shima-aji and Kinmedai as part of their norms. Their shari is also excellent and very different to those generic places that you find popping up everywhere in Bangkok. This restaurant may be non-Edomae but the quality of their products are bloody close to some of the top Edomae Omakase places in town. This place gets my highest recommendation!

Salmon is my fav and Sushi mori's salmon shoyu tama roll is the best. It never gets easier to resist, especially what they serve here. Delicious.
